Orchestrate Coaching and Consulting Pty Ltd t/a Empowered Youth Coaching Academy (ABN: 23 607 774 934) (We, Us, Company) offers you participation in the service(s) (the “Service”) on these terms and conditions. By signing this document (“Agreement”) you are indicating your acceptance of these terms. This Agreement will commence upon the Company accepting your application, and continues until termination occurs in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement can only be varied in writing by mutual Agreement between the Company and you.

We may vary these terms from time to time and if we do, we shall notify you by email of the change of terms.

1. Course Enrolment

1.1 By enrolling in the Empowered Youth Coaching Foundations course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

1.2 Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the course.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

2.2 Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3. Participation and Conduct

3.1 Participants are expected to engage actively and respectfully during all sessions.

3.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 All information shared by participants during the course is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.

4.2 The course content, including materials and techniques, is proprietary and must not be reproduced or shared without permission.

5. Course Content and Delivery

5.1 The course content is subject to change at the discretion of the course facilitators.

5.2 Course sessions will be delivered as scheduled, but the facilitator reserves the right to reschedule if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Company.

6.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without express written permission.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course.

7.2 Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions made as a result of participating in the course.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any complaints should be directed to the course facilitator in writing.

8.2 We will make every effort to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.

9. Amendments

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
