Mindset
Helping young people understand their thoughts, beliefs and inner voice.

Youth mentor, educator, speaker, author, retreat facilitator and mother.
I created Empowered Youth Coaching Academy because I want young people to feel confident, understand themselves and know they are capable of working through life’s challenges.

I am a passionate educator, coach and advocate for young people. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and certifications in a range of transformational approaches. I bring practical, evidence based strategies together with genuine care so that each coaching experience feels useful, supportive and personal.
I moved to Australia from Lebanon when I was 10 years old and I did not speak English. I know what it feels like to adapt, rebuild your confidence and find belief in yourself. That experience is a big part of why I care so deeply about helping young people feel seen, heard and capable of thriving at school and in life.
Through Empowered Youth Coaching Academy, I train educators, youth workers and coaches in values based coaching, emotional intelligence and practical ways to build confidence. My hope is that every person I support can pass that knowledge on and create a positive ripple through their family, school or community.
When I am not teaching or creating programs, I love exploring the outdoors with my two boys, enjoying good food and appreciating life’s little moments.
I am also proud to have a growing team of facilitators joining me in schools. Each person brings their own experience and care to the work while sharing the same commitment to supporting young people.
My approach brings practical coaching, emotional wellbeing and genuine connection together in ways that people can use in everyday life.
Helping young people understand their thoughts, beliefs and inner voice.
Using movement and body awareness to support calm, focus and confidence.
Building relationships where young people feel seen, heard and valued.
I work with schools, educators, coaches, youth workers and parents because real change grows when a community works together.
Our programs share practical tools and guidance that can be used in classrooms, coaching sessions and everyday conversations with young people.
